Shipping Area
We currently only ship within West Malaysia.
Shipping to East Malaysia and international destinations is not available at this time.
Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days after the order has been placed.
Packaging
We offer two packaging options for your order:
Normal Packaging (No Extra Charge)
This is our basic packaging option. Products will be packed without additional protective support. While we handle items with care, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit under this option.Protective Packaging (Default – Additional Charges Apply)
This is our default and recommended packaging option. Products will be packed in sturdy boxes with added protection to minimize the risk of damage during delivery. Additional charges apply and will be reflected at checkout.
You may select or change your preferred packaging option before making payment. Once payment is completed, the selected packaging option is considered final and cannot be modified.
