Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (within 48hours) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We offer a return for an exchange if you change your mind. Item must be returned within 7 days (from the received date) and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Unless approved under certain circumstances, refund is not allowed once your order has been shipped.

Return
We offer a 7-day return period (from the received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to hello@suplime.co Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 5 – 10 working days. To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to us.
